Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Product Engineer to drive quality, efficiency, and innovation across manufacturing operations. This individual will oversee equipment performance, conduct production and safety audits, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development, assist in implementing engineering improvements, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. The role also includes supporting the introduction of new procedures and ensuring compliance with company standards. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as this position plays a key role in optimizing production and enhancing operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Science field (mainly technical experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance within a plant environment
• Hands-on experience in process design and improvement, as well as new product implementation
• Ability and willingness to travel 25%–35%

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies in manufacturing environments, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to drive operational excellence
• Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification
