Insight Global is looking for Product Managers to join a large payments client on a 12 month contract hybrid in NYC, Dallas, or Delaware 2 days a week in office. The successful candidates will be joining an external client project focusing on risk and fraud products to define product strategy using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to inform roadmap and development priorities. Previous experience working as a product manager in the financial industry, writing user stories, and documenting processes is essential to succeed in this role.

- 5-6 years experience in Product Management for large organizations
- Credit card domain experience required and fraud/risk experience is a plus
- Project Management/ Stakeholder management Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet
- Strong and proactive communication skills to provide timely status updates to leadership teams.
- Consumer Risk Experience One of the following à Collections, Recoveries, Credit, Fraud, Issues Management, Controls Assessment
