Job Description
We are sourcing a Warehouse Manager/ Admin for one of our large home security clients. This position is 5 days on site (M-F at the warehouse from 7AM-4PM). This role is replacing a previous Office Manager and will serve as the primary administrative and operational support for the office. The individual will be responsible for managing daily back-office operations, job coordination, and office oversight while working closely with field and warehouse teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Problem solving and critical thinking
• Review daily job numbers and backlog to understand workload and priorities
• Plan ahead for weekly schedules and anticipate operational needs
• Strategize and prioritize jobs to improve efficiency across service locations
Prior experience with backlog management (Word & Excel)
• Track and manage job backlogs
• Maintain organized documentation and reports
• Support daily operational planning through data review
Strong customer service skills
• Serve as the primary in office point of contact
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain a professional, organized office environment
Experience with scheduling
• Prioritize and schedule jobs across multiple locations
• Optimize routes and assignments to improve efficiency
• Support both new and existing operational workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Pluses:
• Previous office manager or administrative ownership experience
• Exposure to warehouse operations (not required)
• Experience with logistics, routing, or operational coordination
• Strong organization, responsiveness, and ability to work independently
