Job Description
A global law firm is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a large-scale law firm merger and enterprise transformation program as they have recently merged with another firm. This role will sit within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), partnering closely with business, IT, and vendor teams across the US and UK.
This individual will play a critical role in driving program execution, managing change, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders as the firm integrates systems, processes, and operations. Overtime this resource will help manage PMs as a function of their role.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support end-to-end transformation initiatives tied to the law firm merger
-Partner with business leaders, IT, and finance teams to sequence and execute integration workstreams
-Drive program and change management activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
-Manage and coordinate across US and UK teams, including working across time zones
-Act as a strategic liaison with vendors (such as iManage and other legal tech partners), ensuring accountability and delivery
-Help integrate and rationalize multiple financial systems (US on-prem + UK cloud environments)
-Facilitate stakeholder conversations, ask challenging questions, and guide decision-making
-Navigate organizational and political dynamics to move initiatives forward
-Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across workstreams
-Support build-out of the TMO and, over time, mentor or manage junior project managers.
The role will be hybrid remote near an office: Charlotte NC, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Los Angeles CA, Miami FL, New York NY, San Francisco CA, Silicon Valley CA, Washington DC.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $73/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management within enterprise environments
- Proven background leading large-scale transformation or merger/integration programs
- Experience working in professional services or law firm environments strongly preferred
- Strong vendor management experience, including managing strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated expertise in program management and organizational change management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience managing cross-border teams (US + UK)
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as Document Management Systems (e.g., iManage), financial system integrations / ERP platforms (e.g., Aderant or similar)
