Job Description
Insight Global is searching a Sr. DevOps Engineer to build and optimize AWS infrastructure, including ECS/Fargate clusters, Lambda functions, RDS databases, and S3 storage, ensuring environments remain secure, scalable, and cost-efficient. You’ll develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or AWS CDK while building and refining CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core, Angular, and .NET MAUI applications. Reliability will be a key focus as you implement SRE best practices, track SLIs/SLOs, maintain error budgets, and configure monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Datadog. Security will be embedded in your workflow as you enforce AWS best practices, manage IAM roles, integrate CI/CD security gates, and support SOC 2 compliance efforts. Finally, you’ll optimize containerized workloads on ECS/Fargate, implement auto-scaling strategies, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure robust observability across all services.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7 + years of experience building DevOps environments with modern tech stacks utilizing .Net Core 3.1, Angular and .Net Maui for mobile
• Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable AWS environments leveraging ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM,
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK develop CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment patterns for containerized applications
• Implement SRE best practices including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and operational health metrics configure monitoring, logging
• Experience using and configuring alerting tools like Datadog
• Define and enforce AWS security best practices, application layer security (OWASP), and CI/CD security gates; contribute to SOC 2 readiness and secure SDLC processes.
• Optimize containerized architectures using ECS/Fargate; ensure resilient, cost-efficient designs with auto-scaling and robust observability
