One of our top software wealth management clients is looking for the Head of Marketing to join their dynamic team. The Head of Marketing's responsibility is to own end-to-end marketing across demand gen and lifecycle. They will lead an all-start Marketing team (Google Marketing Live's 2022 Featured Firm) to the next level and partner with sales, product, and design to align GTM efforts.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 3 marketing specialists
- Generate growth and demand for GTM efforts

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-9 years of Marketing experience within financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
• Some level of management experience (this role will have 3 direct reports)
• Experience building and scaling growth engines, including content strategy, performance, SEO, owned media, and community-led growth
• Proven track record of turning insights and storytelling into measurable inbound demand generation and brand authority
• Experience managing cross-channel content distribution systems (blog, newsletter, social, PR, partnerships.)
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to measure content performance and lifecycle engagement.
