Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Subject Matter Expert to join the Analytics & Insights team at a retail client. This Senior Digital Analyst role requires a deep understanding of GA4 reporting, proficiency in working with GA4 APIs, and the ability to analyze data using SQL in BigQuery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GA4 Reporting & Insights:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize GA4 reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives.
2. API Integration & Data Management:
- Utilize GA4 APIs to automate reporting processes and extract data for deeper analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms by regularly auditing and validating GA4 data.
3. SQL & BigQuery:
- Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze GA4 data stored in BigQuery, providing comprehensive insights into user behavior and website performance.
- Create and maintain data pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and reporting.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing analytics support and consulting on best practices for leveraging GA4 data.
- Translate technical findings into understandable insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
5. Tagging & Data Quality Assurance:
- Support the testing and validation of new tagging implementations to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation for tagging standards and GA4 best practices.
6. Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on GA4 capabilities and reporting functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest GA4 features and industry trends, sharing insights with the team to enhance overall analytics capabilities.
