Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support contractor to join a large retail client in New York City. This contractor will be responsible for helping resolve tickets on the desktop team. They will be troubleshooting level 2 issues, password resets, programs not working, connecting to video conferences and overall windows based issues. They will sit alongside a team of 3, supporting around 30 tickets a day. This role will be onsite five days a week supporting 3 locations in Manhattan daily between 34th street, 25th street and 5th Ave locations. This will start out as a 6 month contract and then move into a permanent role after.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3-5 years of experience with Desktop Support
· Received a college diploma
· 80% Mac 20% Windows support experience
· Experience supporting mobile devices both IOS and Android
· A/V background- Experience troubleshooting video conferences
· Cisco Webex Support experience
· Strong customer service, excellent verbal communication and organized

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Retail/ PR, entertainment industry experience
- Jira for a ticketing system
