Job Description

The At‑the‑Elbow Project Lead provides centralized, support during client go‑live events, serving as the primary point of contact within the client command center. This role is responsible for coordinating communication, tracking issues and changes, and ensuring alignment across delivery teams to support a stable and successful go‑live.

Required Skills & Experience

Serve as the single point of contact for the client during go‑live, providing real‑time updates, status, and issue coordination
Support the client command center by managing program communications, changes, risks, and issues
Coordinate closely with ATE Leads to capture trends, escalations, and support needs across workstreams
Partner with the IG Delivery Leader to provide centralized project oversight, reporting, and decision support
Track issues to resolution, ensuring timely escalation and clear ownership
Facilitate alignment between client stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the go‑live period
This role focuses on coordination, communication, and oversight, enabling ATE Leads and delivery teams to remain focused on front‑line execution while ensuring the client has clear visibility and confidence during go‑live.
