Job Description

Insight Global is looking for TWO Account Managers to work part time at a non-profit organization who brings tennis and education together to change lives. Each Account Manager will support a portfolio of accounts, providing support to the chapters to help them to achieve projected program goals. They will support in data collection/reporting and evaluation, curation of insights/stories, and overall program capacity. They ultimately will be a concierge to assist each chapter achieve their goals through bi-weekly check-ins. This is a part-time, fully remote role working roughly 10 hours per week.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong professionalism, written and verbal communication, and ability to be customer-facing.
- Excellent organization and record keeping skills.
- 4 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Well-versed in non-profit, sport social impact, and ability to understand ethos of Community Impact Hubs.
- Systems-based public health knowledge a plus.
