Job Description
We are seeking Electrical Systems Engineers to support the design and development of advanced aerospace/defense electronic systems. This role focuses on defining system-level architecture, requirements, and interfaces across multi-module electronics platforms.
Derive and decompose system requirements into detailed engineering specifications
Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) across subsystems
Design electrical systems consisting of multiple electronic modules communicating over a backplane
Support system architecture development and integration activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software)
Participate in system design reviews and verification activities
Support documentation, analysis, and system validation efforts

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with requirements derivation and system-level design
Strong experience creating or owning ICDs and electrical system drawings
Experience designing or supporting multi-module electronics systems
Familiarity with OpenVPX / VITA standards
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Space/aerospace experience (highly preferred)
Experience with RVCM testing/analysis
Exposure to requirements tools (DOORS, Cameo, etc.)
