Job Description
We are seeking a Data Scientist for a global pharmacy retail client to support AI-driven initiatives and acquisitions-related workstreams. This role will focus heavily on analytical modeling, statistical testing, and impact measurement across pharmacy and store-level datasets. The ideal candidate is experienced in traditional data science methodologies and can leverage AI tools to enhance machine learning and analytics workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze pharmacy script and store-level data to drive business insights
• Conduct statistical testing and measurement to evaluate impact
• Support AI and acquisitions-related initiatives with data-driven analysis
• Build and apply machine learning models to support business decisions
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance coding and analytical workflows
• Develop and contribute to AI agent-related solutions
Utilize technologies including Python, PySpark, and Databricks (Genie) for analysis
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
