A client of Insight Global is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers at multiple levels to join a growing team focused on developing advanced space-qualified electronics and hardware solutions. This team supports mission-critical programs across GEO, MEO, LEO, and Cislunar environments, delivering highly reliable systems where performance and quality are paramount.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced electronic systems supporting cutting-edge applications including laser communications, space electronics, and sensing technologies. This individual will work on multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure products meet demanding technical, schedule, and budget requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience
- Experience in design, analysis, integration, and testing of custom electronics
- Experience designing high-speed digital electronics utilizing ADCs, DACs, FPGAs, processors, and communication drivers
- Experience with analog circuit design and analysis, including low-noise signal conditioning and power amplifiers
- Proficiency with electrical design and simulation tools such as Altium, SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink, HyperLynx, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform circuit analysis and simulation for performance optimization and reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience designing custom electronics for space applications
- Understanding of space qualification standards and requirements
- Experience with electrical stress analysis, worst-case circuit analysis, and reliability analysis
- PCB layout experience
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
- Understanding of IPC standards for electrical design and fabrication
- Experience developing and conducting testing of complex electronic assemblies
- Experience designing Special Test Equipment (STE)
- Experience deriving subsystem requirements from higher-level system requirements
- Experience developing verification and design documentation (ICDs, DDDs, Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports)
