Heavy Equipment Operator/Driver

Insight Global is seeking a Class A Driver / Laborer to support one of our construction clients. This individual will be responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles while also performing general labor duties on active job sites. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, dependable, and comfortable splitting time between driving responsibilities and hands‑on construction support.

Responsibilities
-Operate Class A commercial vehicles (tractor‑trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks with trailers, etc.) to transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites.
-Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
-Secure loads properly and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
-Assist with general labor duties including loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and equipment handling.
-Support crews with material staging and job site preparation.
-Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

-Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
-Prior experience operating commercial vehicles in a construction or industrial environment.
-Willingness to perform physical labor in addition to driving responsibilities.
-Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness.

-Construction, laborer, or heavy equipment experience.
-Familiarity with DOT regulations and job site safety standards.
