Job Description
This consultant will play a key role in Kenvue’s demand planning transformation, helping move the organization from Excel-based forecasting processes to a more standardized and mature planning environment within Kinaxis. On a day-to-day basis, they will work with cross-functional stakeholders to design demand planning processes, improve forecasting methodologies, support the implementation of Kinaxis, and drive adoption of new processes and tools. The individual will also help train planners, lead change management efforts, and provide recommendations on how forecasting processes, technology, and governance should be structured to support the greater organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience leading business process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning within an enterprise organization
Experience creating statistical forecasting methodologies and demand construction (combining business inputs and market data to build forecasts).
Experience building and governing demand planning process frameworks, standards, and KPIs
Experience improving user adoption and change management related to system implementation
Knowledge of Kinaxis platform
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) efforts related to system implementations
Experience building governance processes across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations.
