Job Description

The PMO Lead will manage Project Osprey, a large‑scale, global data migration initiative supporting the consolidation of 17 ERP systems across North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asia‑Pacific. This role is execution‑focused and will partner closely with strategy leadership to drive day‑to‑day delivery, ensure milestones are met or exceeded, and keep the program moving at pace. The PMO Lead will play a critical role in coordinating SAP‑related data migration activities, with a strong emphasis on data cleansing, data quality, and cross‑functional alignment across regional and domain leads.

Own PMO execution for Project Osprey, translating strategy into detailed plans, timelines, and deliverables
Drive day‑to‑day coordination of the Data Migration team, ensuring alignment across regions and ERP systems
Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to keep the program on or ahead of schedule
Partner with data, SAP, and functional leads to oversee data cleansing, data quality, and migration readiness
Facilitate status reviews, working sessions, and executive‑level updates with clear, actionable reporting
Enforce PMO governance, standards, and cadence across all workstreams
Proactively identify blockers and escalate with recommendations to maintain momentum on a fast‑moving program
Ensure consistency and alignment across all data leads and regional teams throughout the migration lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading PMO execution for large, complex, global programs, preferably ERP or SAP‑related
Strong background supporting data migration initiatives, including data quality and data cleansing efforts
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across regions and time zones
Deep understanding of SAP environments and ERP transformation programs
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused with the ability to move quickly
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive accountability
Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level status reporting and issue escalation
Ability to operate in a high‑pressure, accelerated delivery environment
