Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Data Analyst for one of our customers in the Life Sciences industry. This role supports a commercial Master Data Management (MDM) platform focused on governing and enhancing business‑critical master data. You’ll partner closely with commercial and IT stakeholders to identify unmanaged or spreadsheet-based data, bring it into the MDM ecosystem, apply governance, and syndicate it for enterprise use. The role involves hands-on data analysis, working with third‑party data sources, supporting ingestion into core platforms, documenting processes, and helping the business establish ownership and standards for master data definitions. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow within a data strategies organization and to develop their skills while adding value to this commercial space!

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), including data governance and data management principles
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write SQL queries (Databricks preferred)
- Experience profiling and analyzing data
- Experience writing UAT test scripts and test scenarios
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Python development experience
- SAP PIM / product master data experience
