Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Staff Assistant for one of their healthcare clients in Newark NJ. This role will act as the director’s right-hand support, taking on a significant portion of day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities to offload the director. Key duties include budgeting, reporting, calendar and schedule management, meeting coordination, staff support, Joint Commission preparation, inventory management related to job descriptions, and overall daily operations. The individual will also assist with staff evaluations and ongoing administrative needs. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, budgeting, and weekly timesheet management is required, as this is a highly administrative, detail-oriented role.

- 2+ years' experience within executive support
- Experience with M365 and outlook
Previous experience managing budgets and timesheets

- Bachelors degree in the healthcare or related field
Previous work within a healthcare organization
