Job Description
Prudential’s Dev Tooling Team is working alongside the Security Team to roll out a Zscaler migration. They need someone to work alongside the developers on the team during the Zscaler migration and identify trends of what is or isn’t working. Every dev tooling out there has hooks into a proxy for certain capabilities. This person will be receiving tickets, understand what’s going wrong, troubleshoot it, fix it, and document the steps taken to identify themes and areas for development improvement. The right person will be a jack of all trades in regards to coding, troubleshooting, debugging endpoints, and identifying bugs.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience across developer tooling and endpoints
- Hands on coding experience within JavaScript and Python
-Experience debugging network and proxy-related issues
-Familiarity with developer tools such as IDEs, CLI tools and local development agents
