Insight Global is assisting a legal services client of ours in identifying a Claim Discovery Investigator for their growing team.
The Claim Discovery Specialist supports all aspects of litigation by managing claimant discovery, reviewing case documentation, analyzing claim eligibility, and ensuring compliance with court ordered discovery requirements. This role works closely with the senior discovery manager, discovery team, attorneys, claimants, and vendors to collect, organize, and evaluate records and discovery materials throughout the litigation lifecycle of a case. The ideal candidate possesses strong litigation management skills, experience in either mass torts/product liability/personal injury/medical malpractice, and the ability to handle high-volume discovery workflows across multiple dockets.
• Review and analyze claimant files for completeness, eligibility, and supporting
documentation.
• Manage Plaintiff Fact Sheets (PFS), Plaintiff Profile Forms (PPF), Census Forms,
questionnaires, and other forms of interrogatories for discovery compliance efforts.
• Track discovery deadlines, deficiencies, and case-specific requirements.
• Collect, organize, and review medical, pharmacy, and other claim-related records.
• Identify missing documentation and coordinate follow-up efforts with claimants.
• Maintain accurate case management records.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree, and/or paralegal certificate,
• 3+ years of experience in legal services and discovery
• Experience managing large-scale discovery projects and processes.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and discovery obligations.
• Experience reviewing medical records and legal documentation.
• Proficiency in case management and document management systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in Mass Tort, MedMal, or Personal Injury
