Job Description
A client is seeking BST/UAT Testers to support the separation of J&J's Orthopedics division through extensive business system testing and validation activities. These resources will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to validate the successful duplication and separation of critical business data, processes, and system functionality across multiple enterprise platforms. Validate duplicated master data, business processes, and system functionality across SAP environments and integrated systems.
Perform positive and negative testing to ensure systems behave as expected and business rules are properly enforced.
Execute test scripts, document results, and identify defects requiring remediation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to validate end-to-end business processes.
Participate in defect triage sessions and support resolution validation activities.
Verify data integrity across cloned environments and confirm successful separation of DePuy-specific information.
Provide testing status updates, issue summaries, and readiness assessments to project leadership.
Support go-live readiness and stabilization activities as required.
