Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery for the MES Pas-X Global Core program for one of its largest clients in the life sciences industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of PAS-X Global Core releases, managing integrated plans across global releases, patches, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts. On a day-to-day basis, you will track milestones, dependencies, and risks while driving execution against timelines and proactively escalating any delivery concerns. You will serve as Scrum Master for the global MES team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, aligning sprint commitments to release goals, and removing impediments to ensure consistent delivery. The role also involves coordinating parallel site deployment and upgrade activities, partnering with site teams on sequencing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness while maintaining consistency across varying site requirements. Additionally, you will act as the central point of contact for delivery status, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and quality teams. You will uphold SDLC, validation, and release governance standards, while proactively managing delivery risk within a regulated GxP environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Digital manufacturing project delivery
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise delivery programs with multiple parallel workstreams
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master for distributed global teams
- Experience working in a GxP manufacturing environment
- Strong delivery and execution mindset with excellent planning discipline
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, applied pragmatically in enterprise settings
Expertise in dependency management and milestone-based delivery tracking
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with MES platforms (Pas-X strongly preferred)
- Global manufacturing site rollout experience
- Experience coordinating patches, hotfixes, and service packs
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications
