Job Description
An employer is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Czechia for a long-term opportunity. This Data Analyst will report directly into a Paris based manager and be tied to an SAP implementation project for a global leader in the medical device industry. This is an enterprise-wide initiative to migrate internal and external stakeholders ERP systems into SAP starting in 2026 and continuing until 2029. Users will be located in all lines of business including manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, IT, ect. The ideal resource will be able to utilize their skills in MS Forms, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel and email to perform daily tasks and update all systems for back-end support. Examples of day to day activities will include getting new users setup with S4 access via portal and email, turning on access for those users, working with IT dashboards to pull up data and prepare leader for presentations, attending working sessions with Paris based leader, utilizing power automate or power apps to migrate MS Forms questionnaires into clearer data and working in MS Forms to develop monthly reports and metrics for user stories. This work can be performed remote and working hours will be in line with the Paris based leader, ultimately reporting up the stakeholder located in the US.

3+ years working in MS Forms, Tableau, SharePoint
Advanced excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication specifically with a background in stakeholder engagement
