Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst Product Owner to join the team and support ongoing digital transformation efforts, specifically a strategic venture large integration project. This role will include assisting with integrating a new business onto the same systems used across the US and Canada, requiring significant systems integration and process alignment work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with technical stakeholders, integrations, requirement gathering, and UX collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar supporting large scale integration projects
Leads requirements, discovery, and documentation through stakeholder interviews, user research and collaboration across cross functional teams
Owning, developing, and maintaining product strategy, and process alignment work
Partnering closely with QA, UX, developers, implementation, integration, and product teams to elicit requirements, synthesize inputs into clear, actionable requirements, and create dev-ready user stories to ensure delivered solutions meet organization needs
