Job Description

This person will own end-to-end application responsibilities across system design, database design, implementation, production support, and user support. They will build and enhance Python-based services, scheduled jobs, data pipelines, Oracle database components, and Angular UI features used to surface valuation discrepancies, analytics, and reporting outputs. Current initiatives include onboarding and migrating data into a Hadoop-based Data Lake, refactoring ETL jobs for high-volume processing, modernizing legacy workflows, building scalable third-party data ingestion services, and improving proprietary job orchestration capabilities. This person will also support live production systems, troubleshoot issues, validate data accuracy, and work closely with end users in a high-control financial environment.
