General Dentist (DDS) – Full-Time
Salary: $200,000 annually

Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking an experienced and confident General Dentist (DDS) to join a growing and high-performing dental practice. This individual will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care and must be comfortable performing a wide range of procedures, including endodontic therapy and basic oral surgery.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform a full scope of procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, and preventive care
• Conduct endodontic procedures (root canals) with confidence and precision
• Perform basic oral surgery, including extractions and minor surgical procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Active and unrestricted dental license (state-specific)
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Proven experience performing endodontic therapy and basic oral surgery
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in high-volume or group dental practice settings
• Strong production track record or patient retention success
• Interest in long-term growth or leadership opportunities within the practice
