Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer focused on implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot within enterprise environments. This is a highly client-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor, working directly with stakeholders across IT, security, and business teams to guide successful Copilot adoption. The position centers on deploying Copilot in production tenants and ensuring the Microsoft 365 environment is properly configured, secure, and governed. You will assess tenant readiness, identify risks such as data exposure and oversharing, and design governance frameworks that balance security with usability. This role requires both deep technical expertise across the M365 ecosystem and strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and executive audiences

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot in a production environment (not just POCs or demos)
Strong client-facing experience, including working directly with stakeholders and leading technical discussions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 backend systems, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange
Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Platform Admin Center, Azure, and Microsoft Entra
Deep knowledge of identity, access control, permissions, and tenant-level security architecture
Experience assessing and remediating data exposure risks, including oversharing and legacy permissions
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks within M365 (Purview, Defender, Entra)
Experience performing tenant readiness assessments and guiding deployment strategy
Ability to design and implement governance frameworks for Copilot adoption
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT, security, and business stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to Power Automate
Familiarity with Copilot Studio or agents (advisory awareness only)
