Insight Global is looking for a Tax Accountant III to join one of our largest financial clients. This person will be joining the Global Wealth and Investment Management Group responsible for supporting the private bank sector. You will be responsible for preparing Individual Federal and State Form 1040 Tax Returns as well as 709 gift tax returns for high net worth clients. This position involves the preparation of individual tax returns, utilizing original paper and digital documents provided by the clients, i.e. 1099's, K-1's, supporting items for deductions. Day to day he/she will organize and document tax work papers and import essential tax data using SurePrep. In this role strong organization and attention to detail is essential to success.
4-8 years individual 1040 Income Tax preparation experience for high net worth clients
Knowledge of K-1 tax forms
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
A current PTIN
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency with GoSystem for tax preparation, SurePrep work paper system and ProSystem FX
