Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support the Associate Director of FP&A and partner with the broader commercial organization. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for both short- and long-term business needs, including gross-to-net management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong business partnership and communication skills.


Financial Forecasting & Modeling

Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts
Build detailed financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability
Analyze historical data and market trends to support accurate forecasting

Gross-to-Net (GTN) Management

Support gross-to-net calculations, including deductions, allowances, and adjustments
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to track, analyze, and report GTN performance

Sales Analysis & Revenue Reporting

Collaborate with Sales to finalize and reconcile transactions
Ensure accurate revenue recognition in financial statements
Provide insights on sales performance vs. budget and forecast

Business Partnership

Act as a finance partner to Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
Deliver analysis to support strategic decision-making, product launches, and market expansion

Strategic Financial Analysis

Support leadership with scenario modeling and business case analysis
Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives

Data & Reporting / Business Intelligence

Assist with implementation and enhancement of Power BI and reporting tools
Improve automation, dashboards, and data visualization capabilities

Compliance & Regulatory Support

Support preparation of financial reports for compliance, tax, and regulatory submissions
Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and corporate governance standards

Audit & Internal Controls

Assist with annual audits and interface with external auditors
Help maintain strong internal controls and financial accuracy

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for efficiency within FP&A processes
Help implement best practices in financial planning and reporting
Leverage AI tools to drive automation and streamline workflows

Additional Support

Contribute to compliance and audit process improvements
Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects

Required Skills & Experience

-4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting
-Pharma / generics industry experience preferred
-Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
-Experience with gross-to-net is highly valued
-Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI and SAP is a plus
-Solid understanding of GAAP / IFRS
-Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
-CPA preferred
