Job Description

This role is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for providing comprehensive
financial planning and analysis support to the business across both short-term execution and
long-term strategic planning horizons. The position plays a critical role in gross-to-net
management, forecasting, and financial modeling, while serving as a trusted business partner to
commercial, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams. Strong communication skills, business
acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment are essential.
Forecasting and Financial Modeling: Lead short-term and long-term financial
forecasting efforts, developing detailed models to project future revenues, expenses, and
profitability. Analyze historical data and market trends to support accurate forecasting.
• Gross-to-Net Management: Oversee the management of gross-to-net activities,
ensuring accurate calculation of deductions, allowances, and adjustments to gross sales.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to monitor and report on these activities
accurately.
• Sales Analysis and Revenue Finalization: Collaborate with the sales team to finalize
sales transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded and reconciled in financial
statements. Provide insights into sales trends and performance against targets.
• Business Partnership: Serve as a key financial partner to the commercial marketing,
sales, and supply chain departments. Provide financial insights and analysis to support
strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansions.
• Strategic Financial Support: Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management,
helping to guide the organization’s financial strategy. Participate in ad-hoc projects and
perform scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of potential business decisions.
• Data Automation and Business Intelligence: Lead the implementation and
management of Power BI and other data automation tools within the Finance team.
Responsible for enhancing data visualization and reporting capabilities, optimizing datadriven decision-making processes. Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to
improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
• Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with applicable financial
and corporate governance standards and practices. Prepare financial documents required
for compliance, including tax filings and regulatory submissions.
• Audit and Internal Controls: Support the annual audit process and liaise with external
auditors to ensure a smooth and compliant audit trail. Maintain robust internal controls to
safeguard financial integrity and accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business
7-10 years experience with a majority of experience within generic pharma
Gross-To-Net & FP&A experience
Understanding of applicable compliance requirements including IRS, GAAP & IFRS
Supervisory experience, able to think strategically and at the same time to be hands-on, ability to communicate with various levels of management internally
