Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager who will support key operations across technology and operations. Key responsibilities include developing and managing program charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets, participating in program intake and prioritization discussions and gathering high-level requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to document project scope, dependencies, and kickoff activities. Additionally, this Program Manager will manage multiple programs simultaneously and ensure objectives and deliverables are met. This involves overseeing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes while optimizing scope, timeline, and resources, providing program-level status updates and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, and supporting program governance and ensuring projects stay aligned with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project or Program Management, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end technology programs or projects, including design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executives
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
• Ability to drive results and hold teams accountable
• Experience with Microsoft and project management tools such as: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet
