Job Description

A client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team. This will be an onsite role that focuses on duplicating contracts and ensuring seamless engagement with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal studies or procurement, with strong contract review and administrative skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Duplicate and manage contracts to support the company's operations.
Collaborate closely with legal, sourcing, and procurement teams.
Engage with team members to align agreements accordingly.
Work under the guidance of senior counsel to support contract-related tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Paralegal-level experience or legal studies background preferred.
Prior experience in procurement, contract administration, or legal document review.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple agreements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
