Job Description

We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support strategic initiatives, cross-functional release planning, and PMO-driven projects. This role requires the BSA to develop a deep understanding of how upcoming features will impact existing systems, application workflows, integrations, and cross team dependencies. The culture is fast paced, requiring the BSA to operate as a proactive and highly independent self-starter. The BSA will act as a key enabler for development and delivery teams by proactively tracking, documenting, and communicating all information. Responsibilities include identifying downstream impacts, ensuring requirements are complete and accurate, and maintaining visibility across all activities to support efficient execution. As a central liaison for the Connected Platform Systems and Services Engineering across Agile teams, IT teams, the Project Manager, PMO, the parent company, and vendor partners, the BSA will ensure consistent alignment across all stakeholders. The BSA will support timeline management, communicate scope and requirement changes, and ensure action items are captured, tracked, and completed. A core responsibility includes gathering, writing, updating, and managing requirements including user stories and/or technical user stories to ensure completeness and alignment. In addition, they must ensure all deliverables successfully progress through the PMO Stage Gate process with accurate documentation and timely updates.

This role requires flexibility, as the BSA will participate in two bi weekly calls and one weekly call that may occur outside standard business hours to accommodate global stakeholders. The individual would have flexibility of schedule for accommodating meeting outside standard business hours.
