A large automotive company is looking to work with a ATC (Agile Training Coach) to join their team of 4 consisting of a product owner, BA, 2 developers, offshore/onshore QAs and developers . This person will be responsible for transforming the clients environment from waterfall to Agile/Scrum. They will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives & sprint review meetings). This person will be working heavily with JIRA and confluence and some ServiceNow. They will be the sole onshore ATC for this team and are required to be onsite 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Compensation: $55hr to $70hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. 5+ years of Scrum Master experience - help guide team through process to abide by scrum guidelines
Experience working in a Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Experience using Scrum tools specifically JIRA to keep track of project
Previous experience working with offshore teams
Ability to come onsite 3 days a week in South Jersey
