Job Description

Daiichi Sankyo is seeking an experienced ComplianceWire Administrator / Learning Systems Consultant to support a large-scale training governance and automation initiative within the IT organization. This individual will play a critical role in assessing, optimizing, and automating ComplianceWire user groups, curriculum assignments, and training workflows while helping modernize learning operations across a global organization. The goals are to streamline and automate ComplianceWire user assignment processes, reduce manual administrative effort associated with curriculum management, improve training governance and organizational alignment, establish scalable processes that support future organizational changes, and help position the organization for next-generation AI-enabled learning initiatives. This resource will review and assess existing ComplianceWire user groups, curricula, and training assignment structures, validate current group ownership, membership, and training assignments across multiple IT functions, identify outdated, duplicate, or ineffective curriculum configurations resulting from organizational restructures and partner with business stakeholders to align training assignments with current organizational structures and job functions.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 5+ years of experience administering ComplianceWire.
• Exposure to or Strong interest in AI, Gen AI, CoPilot, etc.
• Strong understanding of: User Groups, Curriculum Groups, Training Assignments, Automated Assignment Criteria, Learning Compliance Processes, LMS Administration
• Experience designing or implementing automated training governance models.
• Experience supporting learning systems within regulated environments.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, training structures, and organizational hierarchies.

Plusses:
• Hands on AI experience
• Experience within Pharma, biotechnology or other regulated environments
• Knowledge of Veeva Learning, Microsoft 365
