Job Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for field supervision and contractor oversight for EV power upgrades and general facility improvement work. This individual will coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensure work is completed safely and correctly, and maintain clear communication with the project team.
The scope includes electrical power upgrades, EV charging infrastructure support, lighting improvements, painting, and epoxy flooring. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential, as this role provides consistent updates and reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements
• Experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing contractors
• Background in electrical work and power infrastructure upgrades
• Experience supporting commercial or industrial facility projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site for the full project duration
• Experience managing one active job site

Must-Haves
• Superintendent-level experience with contractor oversight
• Hands-on exposure to EV power or electrical upgrade projects
• Comfortable working in an active facility environment
• Strong field reporting and coordination skills
