Job Description

The Transmission Line Engineer (Mid, Senior, or Lead level) is responsible for designing and delivering high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) transmission infrastructure that supports grid expansion, reliability, and renewable energy integration. This role involves end-to-end project ownership, including routing, engineering analysis, detailed design using tools such as PLS-CADD, and preparation of construction-ready deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NESC, ASCE, and ACI. Engineers apply advanced modeling tools to solve complex structural and foundation challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently. Senior and Lead engineers provide technical leadership by mentoring junior staff, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, has experience in transmission line design, and demonstrates proficiency with relevant design software, strong communication skills, and the ability to support projects from concept through construction, with increasing leadership responsibilities based on experience level.
