Job Overview
Seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to support fiber expansion efforts by partnering with HOA communities. This person will build relationships with HOA leaders, secure community access agreements, educate stakeholders on broadband solutions, and drive new business opportunities. Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, experience presenting to boards, and thrive in an autonomous, territory-based role.
Day-to-Day
• Build relationships with HOA boards, property managers, developers, and community leaders
• Identify fiber expansion opportunities within gated communities, private roads, and residential developments
• Research and engage HOA decision-makers to secure meetings and presentations
• Present the company's fiber solution and educate communities on service benefits and construction plans
• Negotiate and execute community access agreements
• Address resident and stakeholder concerns throughout the deployment process
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure successful project execution
• Attend HOA meetings, community events, and neighborhood forums
• Track outreach activity, agreements, and project progress within CRM systems
Drive new community agreements and support overall market growth goals

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, community outreach, or stakeholder engagement
• Experience working with HOAs, property management companies, community associations, or residential developments
• Telecommunications, fiber, broadband, utility, or telecom industry experience
• HOA or MDU (multi-dwelling unit) experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Existing relationships within the market
• Experience securing access agreements for construction or telecom projects
Knowledge of fiber-optic technology and broadband services
