Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Billings, Montana.

What You’ll Do
· Perform thorough pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
· Treat a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, torticollis, toe walking, hypotonia, gross motor delays, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and coordination deficits
· Provide skilled interventions focused on movement quality, strength, balance, coordination, functional mobility, and participation in age-appropriate activities
· Collaborate closely with caregivers and provide meaningful parent education and home programming
· Track progress through measurable outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed
· Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates
· Work alongside OT and SLP team members in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
· Contribute to a clinic culture that is encouraging, high-energy, and deeply family-centered
· Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education

Schedule
· Monday to Friday; Flexible on days
· No weekends
· 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available

Required Skills & Experience
· Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
· Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana (or eligibility for licensure)
· Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
· New graduates welcome: extensive mentorship program is available
· Pelvic floor experience is a bonus (but not required)
· Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for working with children and families
