Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a controls engineer to support a manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for Assist in the design and development of control systems based on written sequences of operation
Support creation of electrical wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams for manufacturing equipment
Participate in development and testing of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) software
Help troubleshoot, debug, and support commissioning/start-up of automated systems on-site
Provide technical support during installation of tooling and equipment in plant environments
Assist with training plant personnel on operation of control systems
Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and supplier teams to resolve equipment and process issues
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and engineering standards
