Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Telehealth Physician to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will play a central role in delivering care through an innovative hybrid care model that blends virtual medicine with in-person clinical support. In this role, you will provide care remotely while partnering closely with on-site paramedics who facilitate the physical exam using live-streaming, connected diagnostic devices. These tools enable real-time assessments across areas such as ENT, dermatology, cardiovascular, and respiratory care—allowing you to deliver hands-on–quality care from a virtual setting.

This model empowers you to practice medicine at the top of your license while keeping patients actively engaged in their health journey. By combining technology-driven diagnostics with on-site clinical support, you can focus on clinical decision-making, patient education, and continuity of care without the limitations of a traditional office-based environment.

• Provide virtual primary and acute care to a diverse patient population across a broad range of clinical needs.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations using virtual care tools, clinical judgment, and real-time support from on-site paramedics.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute, episodic, and chronic conditions, including appropriate follow-up care.
• Address urgent medical concerns and triage patients appropriately to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with internal specialty program teams to develop and execute integrated, coordinated treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe medications; and manage referrals in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Participate in peer collaboration, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to support continuous clinical excellence.
