Day to day: This Job is responsible for supporting Spectrum Reach Service Desk ticket triage and resolution process. They will need to do initial triage and research of ticketed issues. They need to be comfortable looking into code to evaluate possible causes of the problem, excellent use of SQL to research data issues, well versed with JIRA and able to give direction for resolution to our development teams, as needed. We need someone adept at resolving issues in a timely manner, tracking progress of issues and who is not afraid to escalate languishing issues/tickets to ensure timely resolutions. This position contributes to our companys success by helping to ensure that data is ingested and available internally as well for business partners.
· Act as liaison to development teams for SRSD (Spectrum Reach Service Desk) tickets
· Track and research/triage issues/tickets and resolve them where possible
· Weekly/Bi-weekly meetings with stake holders (business/data partners) on status of tickets
· Work IT team (a source of our data) or data vendors when needed to resolve issues
· Work with Spectrum reach non-development teams (Data Quality/Data Validation, Data Partner Support and Production Support)
· Daily sync up with Product owners of the Triage group on the status of the SRSDs
· Daily Triage calls with stakeholders
· Ability to present in front of leadership and walk through the data flow
Identify areas of improvement for Triage team and strive to implement best practices

· 5+ years experience with SQL (analysis, writing Ad hoc SQL queries, data validation and data quality)
· 5+ years experience in an enterprise environment
· 3-5 years programing experience (Python and UNIX shell scripting are a major plus)
· Ability to perform critical thinking in the area of data analysis
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Data related field
