Job Description

The Mortgage Closer is responsible for supporting the Closing function across multiple channels and plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate closings of mortgage loans. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient and effective processes. As a Mortgage Closer, you will prepare closing documents, balance Initial and Final Closing Disclosures, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the transaction. You will also manage escalations that prevent loans from closing, working quickly to resolve issues so loans can fund on time.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of loan processing experience or at least 1 year of closing experience preparing closing documents.
Proven ability to balance initial and final Closing Disclosures (CD) and work with title companies to ensure accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
