Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee a fast moving portfolio of AI consulting projects from initial scoping through delivery and ongoing optimization. This role sits at the center of client relationships, engineering teams, and strategic leadership, bringing structure, clarity, and predictability to complex and fast changing environments. You will manage full program and project lifecycles, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure that AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams. Candidates must have a consulting background and be comfortable operating in ambiguity while organizing many moving parts at once.

Program & Project Ownership
• Manage the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, roadmap development, resourcing, budget, execution tracking, quality control, and post mortems.
• Establish and maintain governance structures such as status reporting, decision logs, risk/issue management, and change control.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to shape statements of work, define scope, outline timelines, and ensure feasibility.
Multi Project & Portfolio Management
• Manage multiple projects running simultaneously, balancing timelines, client expectations, and internal resourcing.
• Build portfolio level visibility into health, risks, dependencies, and budget across all engagements.
• Create and maintain reusable playbooks, process documentation, and delivery frameworks to support consistent execution across teams.
Client Management & Consulting
• Serve as the primary contact for program level communication with client executives and stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business impacts, enabling informed decision making at the leadership level.
• Support clients in prioritizing use cases, shaping phased AI roadmaps, and aligning on success metrics.
Cross Functional Leadership
• Lead cross disciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists, analysts, and PMs to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Clearly define ownership, expectations, and deliverables for every workstream.
• Anticipate and remove delivery blockers, escalate when necessary, and guide teams toward practical solutions and timely progress.
Delivery Excellence & Measurement
• Define and track success metrics such as performance improvements, cost savings, operational impact, or revenue outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement through structured retrospectives, shared learnings, and process updates.
Financial & Commercial Ownership
• Manage program budgets and forecasts, monitoring burn rates and ensuring margin goals are met.
• Identify opportunities for follow on work, expansions, or additional value delivery within existing client accounts
