Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Fire Alarm Account Executive to develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships within the fire and life safety market. This individual will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing solutions, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing fire alarm and life safety projects, service agreements, inspections, and maintenance contracts.
The ideal candidate has experience selling fire alarm and life safety solutions, understands the customer decision-making process, and can work collaboratively with engineering, estimating, and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, business development experience, and a consultative sales approach.

Required Skills & Experience
NICET Level I Certification (Required)
Minimum 3+ years of Fire Alarm / Life Safety sales experience
Proven track record selling fire alarm, life safety, inspection, service, or integrated security solutions
Experience developing and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through close
Ability to identify customer challenges and recommend effective solutions
Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
Experience presenting proposals and negotiating contracts with decision-makers
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with engineers, estimators, project managers, and technical teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
College degree, trade school education, or equivalent industry experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)
NICET Level III Certification
Experience selling fire alarm solutions within healthcare, education, government, utilities, financial services, data center, or enterprise environments
Existing relationships within the local fire and life safety industry
Experience selling recurring service agreements, inspections, and maintenance programs
Knowledge of NFPA codes, fire alarm systems, and life safety compliance requirements
Experience working for a fire protection contractor, systems integrator, or security integrator
Familiarity with managed services and ongoing support programs
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience managing complex sales cycles and RFP-driven opportunities
