Define product delivery strategy and success metrics.
Create and monitor program plans, RAID logs, and resource allocation.

Drive operational excellence across engineering teams.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and contract reviews.

Hire, mentor, and grow Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
10+ years in software product delivery; 5+ years managing teams.
Proven leadership in large-scale digital programs and Agile/Lean principles.
Skills:
Strong program management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of digital technology and healthcare industry.
Expertise in Agile maturity frameworks and continuous delivery.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud).
Portfolio management and scaled digital implementations.
High EQ and ability to influence senior leadership through storytelling and data.
Experience with distributed delivery models and vendor collaboration.
