Job Description

This A/P Helpdesk role is responsible for supporting internal customers by resolving payment-related issues and providing guidance on accounts payable processes. This individual will respond to inquiries via phone and email, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution while following standard help desk procedures. The role requires maintaining accurate records of all interactions, escalating urgent issues when needed, and preparing reports or spreadsheets tied to account activity. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position ideal for someone looking to grow within accounting/finance operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data tracking skills
Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office
Ability to come on-site to Missouri office for quarterly meeting
