We are looking for a talented Workday Developer to join our team onsite in St. Louis, MO, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days onsite) later in the contract. This position entails the comprehensive implementation of Workday HCM and Core Financial modules, reporting directly to the CIO and providing regular updates on project status and challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Workday, including proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, data transformation, Core Connectors, PECI, payroll integrations, and experience with BIRT for custom reports. They will collaborate closely with integration developers and be responsible for developing, ensuring smooth functionality, and integration. Understand how they are build out and help the internal team come up to speed once they complete their Workday training. Provide on the ground assistance. This is a 1-year contract with the potential for extension up to 2 years.
