Job Description
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a well-established territory by strengthening existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales professional who can effectively engage with a diverse customer base, including end users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and revenue targets.
Increase sales within existing accounts through account expansion, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with distribution channels while supporting growth through direct sales efforts.
- Collaborate with end users, OEMs, and distributors to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales process to successful close.
- Forecast sales activity, track progress against goals, and provide updates on territory performance.
- Develop relationships across a broad range of industries and customer segments, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
This position combines account management, business development, territory planning, and consultative selling to drive long-term customer success and profitable revenue growth.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume sales environment preferred/Proven record of goal attainment
