Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for consistently delivering differentiated and personalized customer experiences by executing various management techniques and maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. To accomplish this, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to VoIP users and call flow design. This role requires an understanding of VoIP technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the customer. This role plays a vital part of the onboarding process of new business customers while also being a resource for other Data Analysts on the team.

Required Skills & Experience

· A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
· A logical business acumen and possess the ability to build and nurture cross functional relations.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Two or four-year college degree strongly preferred.
· Two years minimum of business or related experience in a technology environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams)
· Proficient in Cisco Webex.
· Previous experience with telephony, data, or wireless devices and emerging services.
